About our Bloomington sunroom contractor business
Who plans and builds your sunroom, how we work through the choices with you, and what you can check about us before you call.

How I came to build sunrooms here
I spent years as the right hand to another sunroom builder, running that owner's jobs and learning the trade from the slab up. In 2017 I started this business in Bloomington, and I still come out to plan each room myself. Most of our calls come from people with a patio, a deck or a tired old sunroom they want turned into a room they'll actually use.
Houses around here run from big rural lots to newer subdivisions, so no two rooms start from the same place. That's why I'd rather spend extra time on your questions up front than leave you wondering later why something was built the way it was. I care that you end up with the room you wanted, not the one that was easiest to sell. You can see the rooms we build or send us your questions whenever you're ready.
What you can count on from us
The owner sees your job through
I come out to plan your room, answer your questions and keep an eye on the work from the first visit to the final walkthrough. Our own crew does the building, and I check their work as it goes.
Ask as many questions as you like
We'll go over four season, three season and screen rooms, and the tradeoffs between them, as many times as it takes for the choice to make sense to you. If a room type isn't a good fit for your house, I'll say so.
We check what it sits on first
Before you pick a room, we look at the slab, the deck or the house wall it will tie into, because the room has to be one your home can carry. Finding a problem there at the estimate is a lot easier than finding it halfway through the build.
We handle the permit paperwork
Bloomington is unincorporated, so building permits here go through San Bernardino County's Building and Safety office, while addresses in nearby cities may go to that city instead. We confirm which office handles yours and take care of the paperwork when the job calls for a permit.
Licensed and insured to build
Serving Bloomington Since 2017
California contractor license
The California Contractors State License Board licenses anyone who builds or alters a structure in the state when the job needs a building permit, uses any extra workers, or comes to $1,000 or more in labor and materials. Nearly every sunroom job meets at least one of those, so the builder you hire should hold one.
