Accepting these terms

These terms cover your use of the Brightspan Bloomington Sunrooms & Patios website and any estimate or work you ask us for through it. By using the site, calling us or sending a request through our form, you agree to these terms.

If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. You can still call us at (909) 275-7071 with questions before you decide anything.

What we do

We're a sunroom contractor in Bloomington, CA, and we build and remodel sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms and patio covers for homes in Bloomington and the cities around it. The home page lists our services and the cities with their own pages, and you can read more about who we are on our About page.

The descriptions, photos and examples on this site give you a general idea of our work. They aren't an offer for a specific job, because every house, lot and room is different.

Estimates and pricing

We give free estimates at your property, with no obligation to hire us. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure on that visit, so the price can change if we find hidden damage, if a permit or inspection calls for extra work, or if you change the size, materials or design.

Any general price or timing information on this site is not a quote for your job. The price you pay is the one in the written agreement we both sign, plus any changes we both agree to in writing.

Scheduling, delays and cancellation

We set a start date with you once the agreement is signed and any needed approvals are in place. Weather, material delivery, permit and inspection timing, and conditions we find once the job is open can move that date, and we'll tell you as soon as we know.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us as early as you can. Your written agreement explains any costs for materials already ordered or work already done, and any cancellation rights California law gives you still apply.

Payment

Payment amounts, due dates and accepted payment methods are set out in your written agreement. We'll only ask for payments that agreement allows.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's made, and we'll tell you before we do. Paying on time keeps your crew and your materials on schedule.

Warranties

Any warranty on our work is the one written in your agreement with us. Manufacturer warranties on windows, panels, roofing and other products come from the maker, and we'll pass along the paperwork we receive.

This website and its content are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no other warranties, express or implied, about the site or about information on it.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Brightspan Bloomington Sunrooms & Patios isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on general information on it. Our responsibility for a job is set by your written agreement and by California law.

We aren't responsible for delays or problems caused by things outside our control, such as severe weather, supplier shortages or changes to work made by others after we finish.

Settling a disagreement

If something about your job isn't right, call us first so we can look at it and try to fix it. Most problems get settled faster that way than any other.

If we can't settle it together, the dispute steps in your written agreement apply. If the agreement doesn't cover it, either of us may bring the matter in a court in San Bernardino County, California.

Governing law

These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies. Changes don't alter a written agreement you've already signed with us unless we both agree in writing.
